and a bulk storage facility. Also located at our 5 acre plant
is our historical office building, which was constructed in
1925. This beautiful historic building holds 12 offices and
serves as a home away from home for its 40 employees.

VP Racing Fuels, Inc., announced today it has been selected as the Official Fuel of Tucson Raceway Park in Tucson, AZ. The 3-year agreement calls for VP to provide fuel via its Arizona distributor, Western States Petroleum, for on-site sales at all of TRP’s events. Products available on site will include VP110 racing fuel and methanol.
“We conducted exhaustive research on every fuel manufacturer over the winter and based on cost, availability and performance, VP quickly rose to the top of the list,” said Dan Ruth, owner of TRP. “We’re also looking forward to working with Western States Petroleum, which is a first class operation.”
“Our Spec Fuel program for the NASCAR Late Model class makes it critical to have a top quality fuel with consistency you can count on,” Ruth continued. “Given that our engine configurations vary from 9:1 to 11:1 compression, VP110 was the natural choice. It has the highest rated MON of any 110 fuel on the market and its consistent quality and low cost make it perfect for our Spec standards. In making the transition to this new fuel, I’ve noted no trepidation whatsoever among our racers – primarily because VP’s reputation preceded it.”
Tucson Raceway Park is a NASCAR sanctioned facility with a 3/8 mile high-banked asphalt oval track. Built by International Speedway Corporation (ISC), TRP is notable for serving as the training ground for Brian France as he learned how to run and promote a race track during the late 1980s-early 1990s. TRP’s season runs from February 23 through November 22.
